Rental Facilities

You can’t buy a piece of Vinings history, but you can rent one. The historic Pace House and Old Pavilion are two fixtures that make up one of Atlanta’s most unique and intimate special event facilities.

Flexible enough to accommodate groups under 80 up to receptions for groups of 120 or more, the Pace House and pavilion offers a variety of rental options .

Rental Information
Availability - Monday through Friday the facility is available for evening rentals only. Saturday and Sunday the facility is available for morning, afternoon or evening rentals.

Capacity - The Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 86 for a seated event. The entire facility has a capacity of 150 seated and standing.

· $1,500 Sunday - Thursday
· $1,800 Friday - Saturday

Catering – the facility can be rented with or without catering services. Our catering partners are as follows:
